We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, advanced urological care to all of our patients. Our physicians and staff continuously educate themselves on the most current procedures and technology.
Quality patient service comes first. The ultimate purpose of all work in a medical office can be stated in just three words: To help people.
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
*Dr. Mark Passarella sees patients 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. the third Monday of each month at Louisa Medical Center. Please call (540) 967-0320 to schedule an appointment.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss an appointment without giving us adequate notice, you may be subject to a $25 broken appointment fee.
We realize that unforeseen emergencies can occur, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We always have a physician on-call to assist patients in the event of an emergency after office hours. If you have an emergency or would like to speak with the physician on-call, please call the office, and the answering service will contact the physician on-call. Very few urologic conditions require urgent medical attention. However, if you feel your condition is life-threatening, please go to a hospital emergency room.
Our physicians review the results of all tests performed at our office. Once your physician reviews your results, a staff remember will contact you by phone, or if necessary, schedule an office consultation. This process may take up to 10 days to complete. If you have not received a call after 10 days, please call the office.
If you have surgery in our office, your urologist will typically want to see you in two weeks. You may schedule the appointment on the day of your surgery or contact us after your procedure.
Please only call for prescription refills during office hours. When you call, you will be directed to an automated message line. Please leave your full name, date of birth, medication and dosage, and the name and number of your pharmacy. Please give us 24 hours to process your request.
