Appointment was on time. Assistant (Zelda?) was efficient, cheerful and caring. Dr. Fagerli read my CT scan report and did same day cystiscope to confirm diagnosis. Answered all my questions and concerns - was optimistic about recovery. Dr. Fagerli also had suggestions on how we would proceed if further intervention is needed. Dr. Fagerli let me know that this is a team effort! My husband was with me at my office visit and had his concerns addressed also.
